But the recipe underwent major metamorphoses, and as a result, a cutlet is a dish made from minced meat or minced meat that has the shape of a flat cake. This dish has become firmly established in our everyday life, and is an indispensable part of both everyday and holiday diets of the majority of Russian citizens.
