Rudolf has over 20 years experience in FMCG, Banking, Manufacturing, Private Equity and Management Consulting
Rudolf was Managing Director at Credit Suisse (HK & Singapore), Managing Partner of Active Equity Management (Munich), Managing Director of German smart card manufacturer ODS L&G
He started his career at Nestle as Brand Manager and Business Development Manager in Asia, and was also responsible for building Nestlé’s Vietnam and Myanmar businesses
Prior to co-founding AMA, was a CFO for a Myanmar corporate in their landmark JV with a NYSE listed company
Rudolf sits on the board of public and private companies, and on the Harvard Business School Asia Pacific Advisory Board
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc from Bristol University. He is licensed Corporate Finance Adviser with Securities & Futures Commission in Hong Kong

Experienced business professional in Consulting, Finance, FinTech, Media and Publishing industries
Prior to returning to Myanmar, Thura spent three and a half years in Beijing with Strategy613 and worked on many landmark M&A transactions with large Chinese State Owned Enterprises in Financial Services, Real Estate and Retail sectors
Thura started his career in London and worked across Europe with companies such as Boston Consulting Group and Citibank
Thura also worked in digital payments, media and publishing industries as an entrepreneur and consultant in the UK
As the co-founder of AMA, Thura was involved in providing briefings and consultations for institutions such as the World Bank, IFC, ADB, OECD and UKTI
Thura is a Director of the British International School in Yangon – part of Nord Anglia Education; and Thura was recently elected the to Board of the British Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar
Thura is an active supporter of Myanmar entrepreneurs; and is an advisor, trainer and mentor to SMEs and start-ups
He holds a MSc in Management Science from Boston University and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from London School of Economics

Currently holds several Directorships for reputable Myanmar companies
Also serves as Commercial Director for Asia Guiding Star Group as well as liaison partner for Cho & Associates, a member firm of Crowe Haworth International
Htu Htu worked for 8 years in the UK for Anderson Ross Consulting Group, from Associate through Audit Manager to Partner and serving as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer
Htu Htu received an MBA from Oxford Brookes and is a fellow of the UK’s Association of Chartered Accountants (ACCA)

Experienced in developing financial models and business plans for new businesses and facilitating M&As in various industries including F&B, Logistics, Education and Digital Services
Thin Thin joined AMA from Yoma Strategic Holdings where she was a Senior Associate
In her 4 years at Yoma Strategic Holdings she worked on many high-profile projects and was part of the team that developed and incubated a number of international F&B franchise brands in Myanmar
She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, Finance from San Jose State University in California and a diploma in Management Studies from Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) University

Win Htet joined AMA after successfully completing CFA Level 1
Since then, he has spent much of his time on Financial Modelling and Valuation projects in numerous industries including Renewables, Real Estate, Agri, Media, Financial Services, Education, etc.
He was an Assistant Manager at Parami Energy where he was involved in critical analysis work for a USD 35 million LPG project
Win Htet holds a BSc in Nautical Sciences from Myanmar Maritime University as well as a Masters from UBIS in Switzerland
Win Htet completed CFA Level 2 and is now a candidate for CFA Level 3

Chris spent over 4 years as the CFO and Advisor to the Chairman of Myanmar Industrial Port (MIP), restructured the port’s finances and helped improve operational efficiency and transparency in order to obtain an IFC loan, managed the due diligence process with banks and international port investors
Worked at Deutsche Bank (London) starting and managing the Private Equity /Principal Investments Group of GME and previously managed the US Equity Sales and Trading team in London
He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School (1999); BA from Gettysburg College (1991)

Khin is an experienced Accountant having dealt with all Financial and Tax reporting matters including preparing Audit Reports for numerous clients in Myanmar
Prior to joining AMA, Khin was a Senior Accountant at Kamp Accounting & Corporate Services; where in addition to accounting matters Khin also worked on MIC registrations and compliance issues
Khin also worked for Myanma Apex Bank for four years to Assistant Supervisor rank dealing with client relations to the bank’s card management systems
She holds LCCI (UK) Level 3, and also in the final stages of completing her ACCA-Part 2

Hsu Mon is vastly experienced with regulatory and certification approval processes – since joining AMA, she has worked on numerous projects requiring approvals from Central Bank of Myanmar, MIC, Thilawa SEZ, ESIA etc.
Hsu Mon started her career as Liaison Officer in the Telecom sector, Project management for Tower building, network optimization and LSP projects
She is member of the Association of Business Executives (ABE) and holds B.A. (French) from Yangon University of Foreign Languages and Diploma in Business Management and Administration from ICM (UK)

Marvin is a vastly experienced and established finance professional in the ASEAN region
Previously Founder / MD of Frontier Investment & Development Partners from 2008-2014, in which role launched the US$ 50m Mongolia Opportunities Fund and executed advisory/PE deals in Indochina.
Senior Financing Specialist at the ADB from 2004-2008 and responsible for debt syndications and structuring / pricing of all private corporate and infrastructure transactions throughout Asia
Marvin has had numerous investment banking roles in Europe and Asian with Barclays Capital, Nomura and Deutsche Bank
MBA from INSEAD; B. Eng with Honors from Monash University; CFA charter

Hnin Pwint is an experienced Accountant having dealt with all Financial and Tax reporting matters including preparing Audit Reports for numerous clients in Myanmar
Prior to joining AMA, Hnin Pwint was an Accountant at Kamp Accounting & Corporate Services
Hnin Pwint also worked for two years at Grand Royal International as a Management Trainee
Hnin is in the process of completing her ACCA-Part 3

Shwe Zin (Anna) joined AMA to support the Corporate Services team
Before joining AMA, Anna was an Admin Assistant at Huawei Technologies
Anna also worked in Sales and Marketing at JW Land
She started her career as a Junior Accountant at Food Corner Co Ltd
Anna holds a LCCI Level II certificate as well as a BSc in Chemistry and is Master of Theology
